Der Kona Hei Hei Trail Rahmen (Modelljahr 2018) ist eine hochwertige Carbon-Basis für ein agiles und leistungsfähiges Trailbike. Konzipiert für Fahrer, die ein leichtes, effizientes Bike mit deutlich mehr Reserven suchen, verbindet der Hei Hei Trail die Race-DNA der Hei-Hei-Serie mit echter Trail-Tauglichkeit. Die auffällige Farbgebung olive / black unterstreicht den sportlichen Charakter.

Ausgelegt auf 27,5" Laufräder und einen Federweg von 140 mm, bietet der Rahmen viel Kontrolle und Sicherheit auf technischen Trails, ohne an Agilität einzubüßen. Der Boost-Hinterbau (12x148 mm) sorgt für hohe Steifigkeit und präzises Handling. Mit PF92-Tretlager und dem Steuerrohrstandard 44 mm oben / 55,95 mm unten erfüllt der Rahmen bewährte Trail-Standards.

Der Rahmen ist für eine Sattelstütze mit 31,6 mm Durchmesser und eine Sattelklemme mit 34,9 mm ausgelegt. Mit einem Gewicht von 2119 g zählt der Hei Hei Trail zu den besonders leichten Carbon-Trailrahmen seiner Klasse.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
